As you've probably noticed, we've changed a lot of things here at CreepyNC.com Hauntedstories.net. First of all, you'll notice the new name. I've wanted to branch out to stories in other states for a while now, but the name 'creepyNC' limited me somewhat. So I went out and bought myself a brand new name. :). The old name will still bring you here for foreseeable future, but if you've got any bookmarks you may want to update them. As a side note, I've also tried to redirect pages from the old site to their new homes here at hauntedstories.net but I am human so if you get a 'page not found' error, please let me know.
The first state I've branched out to is South Carolina. It seemed like a natural step what with me being less than an hour ride from the border. I've got a few stories published from SC with more to come in the coming weeks. In the next few months Virginia will join the hauntedstories.net ranks. That should keep me busy for a while. :)
Another change is soon you'll have the ability for you to post your own true ghost stories directly on the site. I'm still working out a few kinks (Yeah, I'm pretty lazy) But I hope to have it launched by next Monday. When it does launch, you'll be able to post stories from both North and South Carolina and Virginia. As we get close to launching a new state, we'll open that state up to stories. Please only post TRUE stories that have happened to you. Down the road, if enough people want, I'll create a category for fiction stories. For now though, let's stick to real ghost stories.
